Employee motivation and commitment could be improved by providing a clear sense of purpose and direction in the workplace. Additionally, participants were encouraged to facilitate team learning in order to increase the team's ability to solve problems and overcome challenges. Finally, supporting organizational learning was identified as a key factor in enhancing the organization's ability to adapt to change and compete effectively.
