  • Todd Simmons is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of Courageous Leadership Alliance. As a seasoned educator, executive coach organizational culture influencer, international keynote speaker and business leader, Todd strives to build a coalition of change agents sharing a common aim for building a society of courageous leaders. Todd has worked with global institutions and businesses such as NASA, U.S Air Force, U.S Space Force, Robert Trent Jones Golf. Professional Golf Association (PGA), Amazon, and many others.

Why would a prospective client want you to be their coach? What are some compelling aspects of your background/career/experience that we should know about?

  • I believe that people achieve their highest potential when the what, how, and why are all present. Thus, I work with leaders to set an intention on the what, build capacity for the how, and gain clarity on the why.

What’s your primary coaching method? What type of coaching do you primarily perform? Accountability, performance, life, health, etc.

What are some positions you have held in your career that you would like prospective clients to know about?

  • Todd had the honor and privilege to serve the U.S. Air Force globally to include 17 years in the Pacific & European Regions and has led
    countless aspiring students towards the road of professional development. As the Command Chief for Air University, he encouraged, inspired, and led 50,000 resident and 120,000 non-residents Air Force affiliated students annually. Todd is an authentic voice in the leadership arena and excels in the art of building top-performance teams and redesigning organizational culture to achieve maximum effectiveness. He aims to deliver and communicate his experience & knowledge to assist leaders of tomorrow decipher the art of leadership.


Do you have any personality or trait assessment certifications?

  • Todd administers the Workplace Big 5 assessment.  He has facilitated over 200 assessments to global clients.  The Leader Report reveals an individual’s unique leadership profile, leadership strengths and abilities to leverage and develop opportunities and approaches. By analyzing an individual’s leadership style under the Big Five and other popular models, leaders and leadership development professionals have a powerful tool that fosters awareness and effective development approaches.
