Background:

  • LaJuan Perronoski Fuller, Ph.D., retired after 20 ½ years of honorable service in the United States Air Force (USAF). Dr. Fuller completed five tours between OIF and OEF as Security Forces. He provided education, training, security operations, and leadership throughout the United States, United Kingdom, Iraq, Afghanistan, United Arab Emirates (UAE), and the Republic of Korea (ROK). After retirement, Dr. Fuller worked on classified government contracts, developing human resource management (HRM) and personnel readiness software. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Organization. Dr. Fuller's dissertation is Trust: A Pathway to Overcome Tacit Knowledge Transfer Barriers. He actively publishes peer-reviewed research with solutions to industries' most current leadership, profitability, and sustainability problems. Dr. Fuller continues to advance data-driven decision-making in coaching and consulting executives by achieving certificates from Cornell University and Havard Business School in Business Analytics.

Please provide a summary of your work history, qualifications, and background:

  • Dr. Fuller accepted the role of Assistant Adjunct Professor in the College of Doctoral Studies at Grand Canyon University. There he teaches Economics for Business Decisions (DBA-815), Predictive Modeling (DBA-833), Psychology of Coaching and Consulting (PSY-834), and The Sustainable Future (DBA-835). Additionally, was a dissertation chair at California Intercontinental University's business program. He developed a nonprofit university’s first MBA Data-Driven Decision-Making program and was subcontracted to calculate voting predictions for local political campaigns.

  • Dr. Fuller is the College of Business Program Chair for Graduate Studies (MBA and DBA) at Westcliff University. He is responsible for creating syllabi, faculty training, managing dissertation chairs, and validating research concepts and methodologies. Additionally, he conducts quantitative research and workshops with Courageous Leadership, LLC, the City of Corpus Christi, TX, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trails, the USAF Honor Guard, and the Chief Master Sergeant PES. Dr. Fuller is committed to advancing strategy through applied data research and published numerous peer-review quantitative articles in the Open Journal of Business and Management, Open Journal of Leadership, International Business Research, International Journal of Social Science Studies, and the Modern Economy.
