There are several compelling reasons why a prospective client would want me to be their coach:

 

  1. Deep Expertise: With over 25 years of experience as a leader, educator, ICF coach, and keynote speaker, I have a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed in today's business landscape. I have helped countless individuals and organizations unlock their full potential and achieve sustainable success.

  2. Military Leadership: My 30-year tenure as a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force has equipped me with valuable skills in leadership, team-building, and strategic planning. I have led teams of personnel towards professional development and empowered them to become effective leaders themselves.

What’s your primary coaching method? What type of coaching do you primarily perform? Accountability, performance, life, health, etc.

  • As a coach, I primarily focus on leadership coaching, which includes a variety of areas such as performance coaching, career coaching, and executive coaching. My coaching method is centered around building resilience, empowering individuals to overcome challenges and adversity, and helping them achieve their goals in a way that is true to their values and aspirations.

  • I work with individuals and organizations to identify their strengths and areas for growth, set clear and achievable goals, and develop actionable strategies to achieve those goals. I use a variety of coaching techniques, including active listening, powerful questioning, and feedback, to support my clients in their journey towards success.

  • While leadership coaching is my primary focus, I also incorporate aspects of life and health coaching into my approach, as I believe that these areas are essential to achieving overall success and well-being. I work with my clients to develop a holistic approach to their lives and careers, taking into account factors such as work-life harmony, stress management, and self-care.

  • Ultimately, my coaching method is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each individual or organization. I believe that effective coaching is a collaborative process, and I work closely with my clients to develop a customized coaching plan that aligns with their specific needs and aspirations.

  • Throughout my career, I have held a variety of positions that have equipped me with valuable skills and experience in leadership, team-building, and strategic planning. Some of the positions that I would like prospective clients to know about include:

  • Chief Master Sergeant, U.S. Air Force: I served as a Chief Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force for 30+ years, where I led teams of personnel towards professional development, empowered them to become effective leaders themselves, and developed long-lasting and effective strategies.

  • Director of Operations, Criminal Justice Organization: In this role, I oversaw the day-to-day operations of a security organization, developed, and implemented strategic plans, and managed a team of personnel to achieve organizational goals through real-life situtaions on a daily basis.  

  • Leadership Development Instructor, U.S. Air Force: As a Leadership Development Instructor, I trained and coached personnel in areas such as leadership, communication, and teambuilding.

  • Keynote Speaker: As a keynote speaker, I have delivered inspiring and informative presentations on a variety of topics related to leadership, resilience, and personal growth.

  • Founder, Rise Resiliency: As the founder of Rise Resiliency, I have built a successful coaching business focused on empowering individuals and organizations to become more resilient, overcome challenges and adversity, and achieve sustainable success.
