ABOUT THE EVENT

Dunning-Kruger and Imposter Syndrome are two psychological phenomena that can significantly impact the performance and career development of professionals. The Dunning-Kruger effect refers to the tendency of individuals with low ability or knowledge in a particular area to overestimate their competency. This can lead to misguided decisions and poor performance. 

On the other hand, Imposter Syndrome is the feeling of inadequacy and self-doubt despite evident success. This can lead to a lack of confidence and reluctance to take on new challenges. To overcome these challenges, it is essential to understand the principles of both phenomena.
