LaJuan Perronoski Fuller, Ph.D., honorably retired after 20 ½ years from the United States Air Force. Dr. Fuller is the College of Business Program Chair of Graduate Studies (MBA and DBA) at Westcliff University. As the programchair, he manages syllabi, creates and revises curricula, and oversees dissertation chairs. Dr. Fuller is a subject matter expert and has developed MBA courses and assessments for several universities as an independent contractor before accepting the Program Chair of Graduate Studies role. His leadership, management, and business administration expertise was also used to formulate business strategies for small businesses, charter schools, and city, state, and military executive leadership.

Finally, Dr. Fuller bridges the gap between industry consulting and coaching theory and practice by publishing relevant findings in peer-reviewed journals: the Journal of Human Resources and Sustainability Studies, the Open Journal of Business and Management, the Open Journal of Leadership, International Business Research, the International Journal of Social Science Studies, and Modern Economics.
